• After purchase you can instant-download your PDF file that contains all of the instructions as well as your personal-use download link that opens your Canva template(s) that you've bought. You will also receive an email from DPD (our digitial download partner) with the link to download the file.
• Canva templates are pre-designed layouts of marketing materials that you can use right away and customize for your specific needs, making it easy to create professional designs. All of our templates are fully customizable.
• You will need a free Canva.com account to use these templates. You can use an existing account or sign up for a new account. You can also choose to upgrade to a Pro account if you wish but it is not a necessity as these templates have been designed to work with the free account.
• Yes, you can easily change all text and images. You can upload your logo, choose brand colors, and select fonts to further personalize the templates. You can also change the template to another language and do pretty much any further customizations you wish as our templates are 100% customizable.
We also sell a customized edition of our full template package where we will edit the templates to add your logos, profile pictures and contact information so you can start editing with the majority of the work already done for you. • You can download your designs in various formats, including PDF, MP3, PNG, and JPG, depending on your needs. Basically our templates are compatible with any of the download options in Canva.
Please keep in mind that the templates are for your own personal use in your own real estate business. You are not allowed to share our templates or your link with others.
• Not really. Canva is user-friendly and designed for all skill levels, making it accessible even for those with no design experience. Most of it is drag and drop and there is even an app to create and edit designs directly from your phone.
• That being said, if you'd rather spend your time focusing on your real estate business than design work, we can help.

You can purchase the "Custom Template Bundle" that we will personalize for you so that you will be starting your editing journey with personalized template files already customized with your contact details, profile pictures and logos so you just have to enter the finer details like open house dates, listing details, etc.
The other option is to hire us to create a fully customize a template for you (priced from $10) so all you have to do it share it.
